Some of you may have noticed that I’ve been very quiet over the past couple of years.
For nearly two years, much of my life has been devoted to caring for my elderly parents as their health declined and their needs became increasingly complex.
It has been one of the most challenging periods of my life.
For a long time, there simply wasn’t the space or energy for me to show up in my work in the way that I used to. Soul Mission had to take a back seat while my family needed me.
Over the summer, both of my parents moved into full-time care.
And for the first time in a very long time, I’ve begun to have some space to breathe, recover, reconnect with myself — and gradually return to the work that I love.
So… I’m coming back.
But I’m not quite the same person who stepped away.
These past two years have changed me.
They’ve taught me an enormous amount about myself, healing, identity, relationships, boundaries, the nervous system, and the patterns we carry — particularly the ones that become visible when life puts us under extraordinary pressure.
And all of that has inevitably changed and deepened my work too.
So this autumn marks a new chapter for Soul Mission.
I’m returning to teaching Holy Fire® Reiki, which has been part of my own life and work for many years.
And I’m also beginning to share something new that has been emerging through my own experiences and the work I’ve been developing behind the scenes.
It’s called Becoming Your Authentic Self.
It brings together Reiki, identity work, emotional processing, Higher Self wisdom and practical integration to explore a question I’ve become increasingly interested in:
How do we take healing and insight and actually turn it into lasting change in our lives?
I’ll be sharing much more about this new work — and my upcoming Reiki teaching — very soon.
But for now, I simply wanted to say hello again.
I’m still here. And a new chapter for Soul Mission is beginning.
With love,
