What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing technique that channels universal life force energy to support mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. It has also gone through a significant energetic upgrade since 2014!
Reiki was originally used by Yeshua (also known as Jesus Christ) to conduct healings and share his spiritual principles—although Reiki is not a religious practice. It is a spiritual healing energy that has been used by many spiritual teachers and Ascended Masters.
Some believe Reiki can be a tool to experience the Holy Spirit’s (an aspect of God) presence and healing power. To attune to Reiki is to join a spiritual path of initiation and growth. Welcome!

What Makes This Reiki Training Different?
Most Reiki practitioners and teachers still work within the original Usui Reiki Ryoho system — a beautiful and effective 3rd/4th dimensional healing modality developed in the early 1900s. But the Earth’s energy field — and human consciousness — have evolved dramatically since then.
In January 2014, a powerful upgrade to Reiki energy was introduced: Holy Fire® Reiki. This is a noticeably more refined energy that comes from a higher level of consciousness. It was designed to meet the spiritual needs of the times, expanding Reiki into a multidimensional system — from a 3rd/4th dimensional model to a 15th dimensional healing frequency.
Some of the key differences with Holy Fire® Reiki include:
- It works continuously, even when you’re not consciously directing it
- It spontaneously heals issues as they arise
- It respects your free will and never overwhelms
- It heals deeply and quickly without distress

In my Reiki Level 1 training, you’ll receive a Holy Fire® III Placement that includes the 2020 Christ Consciousness upgrade and the 2022 World Peace frequency. This version of Reiki is not only more powerful — it’s more intuitive, more loving, and deeply aligned with your soul’s evolution and healing mission.
If you’ve experienced traditional Reiki before, this version may feel like stepping into a whole new realm of energetic activation and divine connection.

- The concept of the Twelve Heavens — multidimensional levels of consciousness
- Foundational Reiki techniques: Kenyoku (dry brushing), Gassho meditation, Byosen scanning, and Reiji-ho
- The spiritual principles and origins of Usui Reiki Ryoho and Holy Fire® III
- The history of Reiki — Usui, Hayashi, Takata, and the evolution into Holy Fire®, including Christ Consciousness and World Peace frequencies
- Preparation for your Reiki Placement (attunement) and connection to Source-level healing energy
- How to continue your practice, access deeper guidance, and prepare for Level 2
You’ll also receive an electronic manual for daily use, a certificate of completion, and access to ongoing Reiki Shares for integration and support.
Additional Useful Practices (Bonus Session)
After completing your Reiki Level 1 training, you’ll be invited to an optional 1-hour session on the last hour of the day that dives deeper into your personal energy mastery and integration, same day after your Reiki Level 1 class (after a short break).
- Grounding techniques to stay present and embodied whilst practicing Reiki
- Working with the Tandien — the upgraded energy power centers
- Introduction to the upgraded 5D energy system and the Tree of Life model

Meet Your Teacher – Natasha
I’ve been practicing Reiki since 2012, and over the years I’ve continuously deepened my training and upgraded my Reiki with the latest energy activations and attunements — including Holy Fire®, Christ Consciousness, and World Peace Reiki.
Alongside traditional techniques, I’ve developed my own unique healing methods using Reiki as a core foundation. My classes are soul-aligned, trauma-informed, and spiritually grounded — designed to help you access higher states of healing, clarity, and connection.
My mission is to help you embody your higher self, clear limitations, and activate your power to self-heal — confidently and consistently.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any previous experience with energy healing?
No experience is needed. Reiki Level 1 is perfect for complete beginners and those curious about healing and energy work. You’ll be guided gently through everything.
What if I can't feel energy yet?
That’s completely okay. Everyone connects with Reiki differently and in their own time. You’ll be taught how to sense subtle energy and build your awareness gradually and safely.
Is Reiki a religion?
Can I take this class if I have anxiety or depression?
Yes — many people find Reiki helps with emotional balance, calmness, and grounding. However, if you have more complex mental health conditions or trauma, a 1:1 session may be more appropriate. contact me beforehand if in down via the contact page of my website.
What is the refund policy, if I have to cancel for any reason?
We do not offer a refund within 24 hours of the class.
What do I need to bring with me to attend my class?
I recommend you bring a notebook, pen, any incense you like to burn, water, good pair of headphones and a camera to go online with. You may place any sacred items on an altar if you have one.
