What is Reiki Level II?
Reiki Level II is the next step in your Reiki journey — moving beyond self-healing into working more deeply and effectively with others.
At this level, you deepen your connection with Reiki and are introduced to the three Reiki II symbols, which expand the ways in which you can work with the energy. You will learn how to use them to strengthen Reiki energy, work with emotional and mental patterns, and send Reiki across distance.
You will also develop your practical skills in giving Reiki sessions to others, including the Japanese Reiki techniques, intuitive scanning and working with Reiki according to the individual needs of your client.
Level II is also the practitioner level within my Reiki training pathway. Alongside the energetic training, we will explore professional and ethical practice, insurance and the practical foundations of offering Reiki professionally.
By the end of the training, you will have received your Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki Level II Placement, practised the Level II techniques and symbols, and developed a stronger foundation for working confidently with others.

What Makes This Reiki Training Different?
Most Reiki practitioners and teachers still work within the original Usui Reiki Ryoho system — a beautiful and effective healing system developed in the early 1900s. In January 2014, Holy Fire® Reiki was introduced through William Lee Rand. Since then, frequency upgrades continue to be released every couple of years, with the latest upgrade in 2025 unifying the ability for all types of Reiki to work together harmoniously without losing connection to one’s own original Reiki lineage.
Holy Fire® Reiki has a noticeably more refined quality of energy in my experience and works at what I perceive, through my own energetic assessment, to be a much higher frequency than the traditional Reiki system in which I originally trained.
Some of the key differences with Holy Fire® Reiki include:
- It works continuously, even when you’re not consciously directing it
- It spontaneously heals issues as they arise
- It respects your free will and never overwhelms
- It heals deeply and quickly without distress
- It improves relationships and interactions

In my Reiki Level II training, you will deepen your connection with Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki and receive your Level II Placement. You will also be introduced to the three Reiki II symbols, expanding the ways in which you can work with Reiki for yourself and others.
This is where Reiki begins to move from primarily a personal practice into a practitioner pathway. You will learn to work with Reiki more intentionally, intuitively and professionally — while developing the practical skills and confidence to support others.
If you originally trained in traditional Reiki, Level II can also offer an opportunity to experience the Holy Fire® system and explore how your relationship with Reiki has evolved.
Group Size: This is an intimate container with a maximum of 10 participants only — allowing space for connection, sharing, and personal energy support.

Reiki Level II takes your Reiki practice beyond the foundations of self-healing and develops your ability to work confidently with Reiki for others. You’ll deepen your connection with Holy Fire® Reiki, receive the Reiki II symbols, and learn how to incorporate them into both in-person and distance healing sessions.
- The three Usui Reiki II symbols — their purpose, meaning and how to use them effectively
- How to use the Power Symbol to strengthen and focus Reiki energy
- How to use the Mental/Emotional Symbol to support emotional and mental healing and work with unwanted habits and patterns
- How to use the Distance Symbol to send Reiki beyond physical location and work with clients remotely
- Distance Reiki healing — how to structure and conduct a complete distance session
- How to give a complete Reiki treatment to another person, incorporating the Reiki II symbols
- Developing your intuition and energetic sensitivity when working with clients
- Byosen scanning — sensing areas where Reiki may be needed
- Further Japanese Reiki techniques and ways to deepen your existing practice
- How to work with Reiki ethically and professionally
- Practical considerations including client boundaries, insurance and setting up a Reiki practice
- Supervised practice giving and receiving Reiki, so you can develop confidence using your Level II skills
You’ll also receive an electronic manual for daily use, a certificate of completion, and access to ongoing Reiki Shares for integration and support.
You’ll have time during the training to practise the Reiki II symbols and techniques, ask questions and experience giving and receiving Reiki.
Following the course, I encourage you to continue practising regularly with friends, family, fellow students or practice clients. This is where your confidence grows — not simply through receiving the Placement, but through actually learning to use Reiki well.
Meet Your Teacher – Natasha
I’ve been practising Reiki since 2012. I began my Reiki journey with traditional Usui Reiki before Holy Fire® was introduced, and over the years I’ve continued to deepen my training as the system has evolved through Holy Fire® Reiki, Christ Consciousness and World Peace Reiki.
That means I’ve experienced the transition from traditional Reiki into Holy Fire® first-hand — and I bring that experience into the way I teach.
Alongside my Reiki training, I’ve spent years working with clients and developing my own healing methods, with Reiki as a core foundation. For me, becoming a Reiki practitioner is about much more than receiving an initiation and learning three symbols. It’s also about developing the confidence, sensitivity, discernment and practical skills to work effectively with another person.
My aim is not simply to initiate you into Reiki. I want to teach you how to become really good at using it.

Once you’ve received your Reiki Level 2 Placement and learned to work with the three Reiki II symbols, the next stage is about practice, confidence and experience.
- Continue practising Reiki regularly — with family, friends and fellow students — to deepen your connection with the energy and build confidence
- Practise using the three Reiki II symbols, including distant Reiki, so their use becomes natural and intuitive
- Develop your skills in giving complete Reiki sessions to others, combining traditional techniques with intuitive guidance
- Join Reiki Shares to continue practising, exchanging Reiki and learning alongside other practitioners
- Receive ongoing support as questions arise and your Reiki practice develops
- Begin offering Reiki professionally, subject to the insurance, business and professional requirements where you live
- When you’re ready, continue your journey into Reiki Master training and deepen your relationship with Holy Fire® Reiki

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have completed Reiki Level 1?
Yes. Reiki Level 2 builds on the foundations and Placement received at Level 1. If you trained in Reiki Level 1 with another teacher or lineage, please note some of the learnings from Reiki Level I will be different from what you learned, as well as the energy, so expect a jump in the intensity of the energy. Upon booking I need to see a copy of your Reiki I certificate.
What if I completed traditional Usui Reiki Level 1 rather than Holy Fire® Reiki?
You will still be able to join. There will be a change in the intensity of the energy from Level 1. You will receive a Placement of the Reiki Energy rather than the traditional physical attunement done by the Reiki Master touching you.
Will I be able to practise Reiki professionally after Level 2?
Level 2 is the practitioner stage of my Reiki training pathway and is designed to prepare you to offer Reiki sessions to others. You’ll also learn about ethical practice, professional boundaries, insurance and setting up a Reiki practice. You remain responsible for meeting any insurance, business or legal requirements that apply where you live.
What will I learn about the Reiki II symbols?
You’ll be introduced to the three traditional Reiki II symbols and learn how and when to work with them, including strengthening Reiki practice, emotional/mental work and sending Reiki across distance.
Will I learn distance Reiki?
Yes. Distance Reiki is an important part of Level 2. You’ll learn the traditional distance symbol and practise sending Reiki when you and the recipient are not physically in the same place.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. On successful completion of the course, you’ll receive your Reiki Level 2 certificate.
What is the refund policy, if I have to cancel for any reason?
When you book online, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under applicable consumer law. This is separate from the cancellation policy below, and nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Once any applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired:

More than 30 days before the class: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund.

Between 14 and 30 days before the class: The course fee is non-refundable, but you may transfer your booking to a future Reiki Level 2 class, subject to availability.

Within 14 days of the class: The course fee is non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or close bereavement, a transfer to a future Reiki Level 2 class may be offered at my discretion, subject to availability.
If you book within 14 days of the class, your statutory consumer rights may still apply, so these cancellation terms do not override any right of withdrawal you are legally entitled to.
As Reiki Level 1 training is limited to a small group of just 10 students, each booking reserves one of a limited number of places. Please let me know as soon as possible if your circumstances change.
What do I need to bring with me to attend my class?
I recommend you bring a notebook, pen, any incense you like to burn, water, good pair of headphones and a camera to go online with. You may place any sacred items on an altar if you have one.
What happens after I make my purchase?

You will then receive an email receipt confirming you have purchased the class. Within 24 hours (Monday-Thursday) we will get in touch welcoming you, and confirming your Zoom link details.

Can I take this 1 to 1 instead of in a class?
Yes you can. Get in touch with me via the contact page and book a time to speak with me. We can arrange a time and date suitable for you. Because it will be a 1 on 1 initiation the price will go up.
Who This Course Is Not For
- Individuals currently experiencing a severe or acute mental health crisis, where participation in an intensive spiritual or energy-based training may not be appropriate at this time.
- Anyone looking for Reiki to replace appropriate medical, psychological or psychiatric care.
- Anyone who has not yet completed Reiki Level 1 or equivalent foundational Reiki training.
