What Are Chakras and the Aura?

The Aura, Auric Field and the Chakras

The Aura is a term for the protective psychic and spiritual energy fields that surround and penetrate
the physical body, interacting through spiritual and psychological levels via structures called
chakras. Our energy body contains some active energy centres known as chakras and a range of energy
channels flowing through the body called meridians and nadis.

The aura is the energy equivalent of your whole physical body, the chakras correspond to your brain and major organs, and the meridians and nadis are similar to your veins and arteries, but instead of blood, they carry energy Ki all over the body. The aura is the self as energy. All the contributing factors in our daily life register in our aura as colours, lines, dots, emanations, and vibrations. Every one of us is different and our hidden selves are expressed through the aura. Each individual person who lives on a strictly physical, mental, and material level have an entirely different emanation than those individuals who are intellectual and spiritual.

The auric field is made up of seven layers consisting of:

Layer 1 – Etheric Body (Lower Etheric Aspect)
The first auric layer is the Etheric Body associated with physical aspects and awareness of the
material body and is related to the First (Root) Chakra. It is on the next higher vibrational level to
the physical body which has the lowest vibrational level. It bridges the connection of the material
body to the higher bodies. The etheric body is an energy matrix and the form is shaped and anchored to the physical matter of the material body. The etheric body extends only a quarter of an inch up to one inch outside the skin of the physical body. The etheric body is invisible to most people, while some can see it as a faint grayish-white color outlining the physical body.

Layer 2 – Emotional Body (Lower Emotional Aspect)
The second auric layer is the Emotional Body associated with the vibrational level of inner feelings
and related to the Second (Sacral) Chakra. It extends three inches around from the physical body.
This body or auric layer and all higher layers are perceived by the third eye.

Layer 3 – Mental Body (Lower Mental Aspect)
The third auric layer is the Mental Body which is associated with the vibrational level of thoughts
and mental processes of the ego and related to the Third (Solar Plexus) Chakra. It extends three up
to eight inches around from the physical body.

Layer 4 – Astral Body
The fourth auric layer is the Astral Body associated with areas of expression on a physical,
emotional and mental level and is related to the Fourth (Heart) Chakra. It is called the bridge
between the denser or lower vibrations of the physical plane and the finer or higher vibrations of
the spiritual planes. It is the layer in which all energy must pass through when going from one
world to the other. It extends one half foot up to one foot around from the physical body.

Layer 5 – Etheric Template Body (Physical Aspect)
The fifth auric layer is the Etheric Template associated with aspects of the physical body and related
to the Fifth (Throat) Chakra. Known as a blueprint of the lower etheric body and where matter is shaped into the physical aspect. The vibrational level in this layer is where sound creates matter. Balance and restoration of physical illnesses in the lower etheric body requires healing work at the etheric template level. It extends one and one half up to two feet around from the physical body.

Layer 6 – Celestial Body (Emotional Aspect)
The sixth auric layer is the Celestial Body associated with processes of enlightenment and related to
the Sixth (Third Eye) Chakra. It is composed almost exclusively of light and is also known as the
intuitive level. This layer gives us access to higher qualities of feelings, thoughts and manifestations.
It extends two feet up to two and three and a quarter feet around from the physical body.

Layer 7 – Ketheric or Causal Body (Mental Aspect)
The seventh layer is the Ketheric or Causal Body associated with the Divine or Universal
Consciousness and is related to the Seventh (Crown) Chakra. The causal body contains the life plan
or “soul contract” and reflects all experiences and events that the soul has ever experienced and is
the level directly related to the current incarnation.
The ketheric body is the purest form and link to Source, within each of us. This layer is on a level
that cannot be experienced from the limiting viewpoint of ego. It extends two feet up to three and
one half feet in an oval shape around the physical body.

The Auric Field – How it Looks and Can it Be Detected
This auric field is as much a part of you as your physical body. Your physical body is really just the
densest inner layer of this flowing energy field. However, the higher frequencies of the energies that make up the aura mean it is harder to see with the naked eye, although it can be detected by some scientific equipment and a representation of the aura can also be photographed using a specially developed Kirlian camera.

Most people have an oval (elliptical) aura, which is slightly larger at the back than at the front and
fairly narrow at the sides, and it also stretches above the head and below the feet. The aura is not always the same size, however, as it can expand or contract depending upon a variety of factors such as how healthy one is, how one is feeling emotionally or psychologically at any given moment, or how comfortable they feel with the people in their immediate surroundings.

Your Aura and Other People’s Aura In Your Field
It can be a shocking reality to know that your aura can actually be quite large. It can literally span
6ft. from your body, to as much as 36ft. or more. How strong and wide your aura is, will depend on the frequency and vibration that you are personally putting out. If you have a stronger more higher vibrational frequency, your aura can span out to 60ft. – 200ft. or more!

While you may not realize this, this means that when you are engaging with others in smaller
environments, your auric field is actually interfacing with many people at once. Think of being in a cubicle at work or even a crowded area of an amusement park or a subway and your auric field was at least 36ft. in size. What would this mean? It would simply mean that you are interfacing with many people at once, without your conscious knowledge of it. What does this mean for you and others? It means that your auric field and the auric fields around you are intermingling with each other and can pickup on other people’s thoughts, feelings and
emotions.

Your Aura – A Sensing Device!

Although we may not be consciously aware of the fact, we all use our auras as sensing devices. Similar to what you would call “the eyes in the back of your head” figure of speech. Your aura is actually your own personal warning system! Maybe you have experienced a strange prickling sensation at the back of your neck when someone has been looking at you from behind? Or, have you ever felt particularly drawn to sit next to someone, or alternatively, felt a sense of discomfort when standing next to someone else, even though you do not know that person? This could be because your aura has already picked up either complementary or disturbing energies within the other person’s aura.

Perhaps you have even been able to sense the atmosphere within a room before you have opened
the door? This isn’t surprising, really, when you consider that your aura may extend far ahead of you.
It is made up of finer and lighter vibrations, and it can pass through the denser energy of physical
matter, so it is already in the room picking up the vibrations of other people’s auric fields and even
the energies of invisible forces that are within the environment. This can actually have an adverse affect on your aura because our auras are very sensitive to negative energies.

The aura as you know, is linked directly to the chakras. So if a person is experiencing disturbing,
negative energies within their fields through the fields of others and even the energies within their
environment, the aura can shutdown chakras that are being affected by them. Not only that, but this also means that depending on your own thoughts, feelings and emotions, you can also shutdown your own chakras because they are energetically connected to your entire energetic body.

The chakras play a major role in how your body functions and responds to all aspects of your life, even though they are not part of the original Divine human blueprint. This has been done on purpose to control us in a multitude of ways that enables dramatic levels of suffering and other types of distortions within our fields. When the chakras are not working properly, you will begin to experience problems that are associated with specific chakras that are not open and flowing freely with Universal Life-force and Higher Self energies.

Chakra means wheel of light in Sanskrit.
The chakras are the seven power points (energy centers) in the human body that circulate energy
or the Universal life-force also known as Prana. There are actually more even more chakras that are located outside of the body which we will address further.

The 7 major chakras are vertically aligned in the center of the body close to the spine. If any of
these chakras are unbalanced – not properly aligned or blocked – it can affect physical and mental
health. The spiritual development is also connected with the good health of the chakra. Your chakras begin at the base of the spine and end at the top of the head fixed in the center of the spinal column.
If your chakras are not balanced, or if the energies are blocked, the basic life-force will be slowed
down. You may feel tired, out of sorts, or depressed. Not only will physical bodily functions be affected so diseases may manifest, but the thought processes and your mind may also be affected. A negative attitude, fear, doubt, etc. may preoccupy you.

If your chakras are opened too much, you could literally short circuit yourself with too much
Universal Life-Force and Higher Self energy going through your body. When your chakras are closed, the flow of Universal Life-Force and your Higher Self energies are not present which can then manifest diseases and other physical, emotional or even behavioral problems. If you are feeling off or having physical or emotion issues, there’s a good change one or more of your chakras are out of balance. That’s why it’s so important to maintain healthy chakras, as they will ultimately improve the quality of your life as long as you are able to maintain their health as well.

Symptoms Your Chakras Are Unbalanced

The (7) 3rd Dimensional Chakras

Root Chakra:
Located at the base of the spine and groin area, this is the animal or base nature. It is also taste
and smell. The Root Chakra is associated with adrenals, kidneys, muscles and arterial blood. The
Root Chakra links us to the physical world, solidity and support – especially to the physical body. It
is the foundation of energy.
The Base or Root Chakra manifests strongly in the motivation to ensure personal survival by way of
food, rest, and sexual expression. Spiritually, the Root Chakra has to do with protection of individual
integrity. It is an energy center that provides a solid ground from which to establish our equilibrium
in order to ascend to higher awareness.

Some signs that the Root Chakra is out of balance are:
• Restlessness
• Lack of energy

  • Loss of interest in the real world or practical survival
  • Volatile emotions

system.
The Heart Chakra acts as the balance point for all the chakras. It governs our relationships and how
we interact with other people. A balanced Heart Chakra is expressed in acceptance of self and
others, personal values and ethics, following one’s unique direction in life. A balanced Heart Chakra

The (8) 4th Dimensional Morphogenetic Chakras

There are 8 morphogenetic chakras that surround the body. Ultimately making up a total of 15
chakras that exist within this 15 level Time Matrix of Gaia.

Each of the 15 chakras correspond to a dimensional level particularly related to levels of
consciousness. As we raise our consciousness, we begin to perceive higher reality fields.
The morphogenetic field that surrounds our body is a form-holding blueprint that stores information
for how that “form” of consciousness will manifest. It is our field of being and knowing and expands outward as personal holographic fields and expands into the highest dimensions.

Higher Heart Chakra:
Located at the thymus gland this morphogenetic chakra is the Higher Heart Chakra and is
considered the seat of the soul.
Atomic Doorway Chakra:
Located in the center of the head, this morphogenetic chakra is considered the Ascension Chakra
and is the opening to the Oversoul/Monad.
Solar Star Chakra:
Located 6 inches above the head, this morphogenetic chakra is considered to be where we receive
energy from Source as we become more spiritually oriented and are naturally drawn more towards
the divine.
Galactic Chakra:
Located 18 inches above the head, this morphogenetic chakra stands for divine knowledge and
cosmic wisdom. It is here where we are able to advance our spiritual skills.
Earth Star Chakra:
Located 6 inches below the feet, this morphogenetic chakra allows us to run higher frequencies in
the Earth Grid to assist the planet in expanding higher frequencies that supports the collective
consciousness.
Earth Core Chakra:
Located 16 inches below the feet, this morphogenetic chakra allows us to connect to Mother Earth and dramatically enhances one’s ability to ground where we receive more healing from Mother Earth.
Universal Sun Chakra:
Located 36 inches above the head, this morphogenetic chakra disengages the mind and the ego
and allows us to perceive the divine plan.
Universal Father Chakra:
Located beneath the Earth. This morphogenetic chakra is where we begin to merge with the monad
energy and we become something outside of ourselves that is much large than that of this reality.
